Concept
The concept phase is where the idea for the 3D asset started to take shape. I explored different references, shapes, and design ideas to figure out the overall look and feel before jumping into modeling.
Technical drawing
Technical drawings are used in 3D modeling to provide accurate proportions, measurements, and structure before the modeling process begins. They act as a guide for building the asset, helping keep shapes consistent and making the workflow more precise and efficient.
Concept Art
Concept art is created to explore the visual style and overall direction of a 3D project before production begins. It helps bring ideas to life by experimenting with shapes, colors, materials, and details, making it easier to plan and develop the final 3D asset.
Modeling
During the 3D modeling process, it’s important to focus on clean shapes, accurate proportions, and strong topology. This stage is where the concept starts becoming a fully detailed 3D asset, so attention to structure and detail helps create a model that looks good and works smoothly throughout the rest of the pipeline.
Integration
Once the 3D model is complete, it is integrated into the existing scene and prepared for the next stages of production, including shading, animation, and compositing.
